Repairs & Servicing
We offer a prompt & efficient aerial repair service and we can have a qualified engineer at your service within hours of receiving your call.
For a modest diagnostic charge our technician will inspect & diagnose the fault with your digital TV reception and rectify any problem being experienced.
Wherever possible your installer will normally complete the repair of your aerial without having to use any new parts or materials. On occasions where this is not possible and additional work is required you will be provided with a full written quotation for your approval before any further work is completed. We do not have any hidden charges and you will always be made aware of the final invoice amount before we commence any work.
If it is proved to be uneconomicable to repair your existing aerial our engineer will have all the necessary equipment to complete a new installation on the same day. Any previously agreed diagnostic repair charges will be waived and you will only be charged for the cost of the new installation.
